Return and Refund Policy:
We do not offer refunds, but we provide store credit for unsatisfied items. For professional lash supplies, we can replace products that don’t meet expectations with an item of equal value.

Processing Time for Custom Lash Strips:
Custom lash strips take 7-10 business days to process, with shipping taking an additional 3-7 business days. Note: weekends are excluded.

Lifespan of Custom Lash Strips:
With proper care, our lash strips last 3+ months. Clean with lash shampoo, a brush, and distilled water, then dry with a cool fan setting.

Lash Strip Styles:
We offer two styles:

Cat Eye: Elongated with lifted outer corners.
Wispy Set: Soft, feathery, and voluminous.
Custom colors are available, but photo preferences are not accepted for custom orders.
Quality of Lash Supplies:
Our supplies are carefully chosen for professional use. If you’re unsatisfied, we’ll replace the product with one of equal value, but no refunds are offered.

International Shipping:
Currently, we only ship within [your shipping regions—please specify].

Order Tracking:
Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking updates.
